Glyndwr University is known in the UK education circle as the youngest university in Wales. It is located in Wrexham in North East of Wales. Named after the Welsh hero Owain Glyndwr, this university provides upscale courses for the young and bustling minds of today’s generation. As a matter of fact you get a choice of over 150 courses ranging from foundation degrees, HND, HNC, honours degree, masters degree and doctorates. In 2008, the former North East Wales Institute Of Higher Education gained the status of University and renamed as Glyndwr University. The university strives to maintain and up that rate every year.
